4.4 Guest Donations
You are not required to register an account to make a donation. Guest donations are permitted, and a donation receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation. Guest donation history is not retained on our platform after 90 days.
Donations & Devotional Contributions

5.1 Voluntary Nature of Donations
All donations made through ShaniMandirSeva are entirely voluntary. No donation is required to access the informational content of our Website, including temple listings, campaign details, or puja videos.
5.2 Donation Processing
Donations are processed through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway partner. By making a donation, you authorise ShaniMandirSeva and Razorpay to process your payment in the amount you have specified. A donation is considered final and complete when the payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed by Razorpay.
5.3 Donation Receipts
Upon successful completion of your donation, you will receive an automated digital receipt via email. This receipt contains your name, the amount donated, the temple or campaign selected, the date, and a unique transaction reference number. Please retain this receipt for your records.
5.4 Use of Donated Funds
ShaniMandirSeva endeavours to ensure that all donated funds are directed to the temple, campaign, or purpose specified at the time of donation. However, ShaniMandirSeva does not directly control or administer individual temples and cannot guarantee the specific end use of funds by temple management. We work exclusively with temples that are registered and verified on our platform.
5.5 Tax Benefits
ShaniMandirSeva does not guarantee tax exemption benefits for donations made through our platform. The availability of tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, or any other provision of Indian law, depends on the registration status of the recipient temple. You are advised to consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of your donations.
Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. Refunds are permitted only in specific circumstances as described in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before making a donation.
Puja & Devotional Services
Terms governing online puja bookings and seva services
6.1 Nature of Puja Services
ShaniMandirSeva facilitates the booking of puja ceremonies, archanas, abhisheks, and other devotional rituals to be performed at participating temples by qualified priests (purohits). ShaniMandirSeva acts as an intermediary platform and does not itself perform any religious ceremonies.
6.2 Accuracy of Information
By booking a puja, you represent that the name, gotra, and sankalpa (devotional intent) information you provide are accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge. ShaniMandirSeva will convey this information to the temple's priest as provided.
6.3 Scheduling and Performance
Puja ceremonies are typically performed within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Scheduling is subject to temple timings, festivals, and auspicious calendars (panchang). ShaniMandirSeva will notify you if there is a significant delay or rescheduling of your booked puja.
6.4 Delivery of Prasad
Where prasad (sacred offering) delivery is included in the selected puja package, we will endeavour to dispatch prasad to the address provided within 14 business days of the puja date. Delivery is subject to the availability of postal services to your location. ShaniMandirSeva is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Prohibited Activities
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the ShaniMandirSeva platform
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, and may result in legal action:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose under Indian or international law
- Making donations using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment credentials
- Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute legitimate donations made through the platform
- Creating false, misleading, or duplicate accounts for any purpose
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Website
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, server, or database
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users, temple staff, or ShaniMandirSeva personnel
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Website without written permission
- Impersonating ShaniMandirSeva, a temple, a priest, or any other person or entity
- Using the platform to promote or solicit donations for any entity not listed on our platform
